Building regulations are somewhat different here in France.
Not all work requires planning permission.
You may need an architect to draw up the plans, depending on the size of your property and the nature of the renovations (legal obligation).
We have skilled artisans we work with and trust.
We will visit the site regularly to ensure the work is carried out to your specifications.
If there are changes to be made or problems encountered that were unforeseen we will deal with them and contact you if necessary thus avoiding any delay in the project.
