It is a very valuable and comforting asset to have somebody you truely believe to be on your side throughout a foreign property purchase. Our rather limited lanuage skills meant that Elise's translations/explanations were a great help and she was able to recommend and liase with a local Notaire and recommend a suitable Foreign Exchange dealer to assist us. We completed on our new apartment in the Haute-Savoie last Tuesday with Elise and her recommended Notaire in attendance on our behalf. Very exciting!

We can't recommended Elise enough – our house purchase was a bit of a roller coaster for a variety of reasons, the main one being we struggled to get a mortgage as we are both self-employed in the UK. However Elise helped us find a mortgage and kept sending lenders our way until we eventually got one.

Elise is a star – she did pretty much organised everything and even did things like visiting the property for us before completing to make sure it was ok, ringing the Mairie to ask about planning permission and organising builders and architects to quote for us.
